Cecilie Stuart, has been an educator/activist for 10 years and a philanthropist for more than 20. Cecilie Stuart accomplished an extensive professional dance and acting career in film, stage and television that extended from NYC Ballet's prestigious School of American Ballet to guest staring roles in the Dirty Dancing television series. Cecilie then began working with top choreographers/directors Kenny Ortega, Peggy Holmes and recently, Tony Testa. Her particular brand of choreographic expertise translated to musical and comedic sequences in film and television which led to animated films with director, Peggy Holmes in creating musical numbers for many of Disney Toon’s studio releases such as Emperors New Groove 2, Jungle Book 2 and the 2008 release of Little Mermaid 3: Ariel's Beginning. She and Holmes received a Choreography Media Honor in 2007 for their choreography in the short film, Mickey’s Twice upon a Christmas. Cecilie has also worked with comedy greats like Tracey Ullman, Whoopy Goldberg, Rodney Dangerfield, Cindy Williams and Debra Mazar. She choreographed sequences for HBO's Tracey Takes on Obsession and Fox TV's Temporarily Yours for Debra Mazar as well as assisting with musical numbers for Shirley MacLaine, Joan Collins, and Debbie Reynolds, in NBC's These Old Broads.
